Besides airline reservations and ticketing, our group division is available for many other needs you may have, such as meet and greet at airports, transfers and ground transportation to and from the host property, and on-site reservation agent during the event and helpful reports during and after the event.

These reports would include up to date passenger lists during the reservation process to better enable you to track the number of attendees ticketed and travel budget to date. We would also furnish you with accurate and detailed arrival and departure manifests to facilitate the arrangement of transfers and check-in at the host property. After the group is concluded we promptly furnish you with finalized reports on all the travel expenditures for your group reconciliation.

• Tickets could either be mailed to each individual, sent in batches to each regional office or all sent to your main office to be delivered by your inter-office system.
